Q. 54. What is required in the third commandment?
A. The third commandment requireth the holy and reverent use of God’s names [y], titles [z], attributes [a], ordinances [b], word [c], and works [d].

Deuteronomy 28:58 If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD.

Ver.5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.
